I Build, I Fail, I Learn & I Ship.

A decade of design studios, failed startups and corporate systems — now compressed into one job: shipping small, useful AI products, in public. NaviParka and ROLU are launching next.

AI sign scanner · Parking timer

Navi
Parka

A mobile parking assistant being built for drivers across the whole UK. The launch version lets a driver scan a parking sign and receive a clear explanation of its rules, including whether they can park, whether the space is free or paid, and any time restrictions. Once parked, they can start an in-app timer to keep track of the session and avoid overstaying.

Changelog

Release history of a builder

No straight lines here. Every version below shipped something, broke something, or taught me something — usually all three.

v1.02016 · Bangaloresunset

Snap Greeks — the spark

First year of computer science, a shared obsession with gadgets, and a tech review blog built with friends. We barely knew HTML — so we learned databases, backends and no-code tools on the fly. The content world moved to social and the blog faded, but the itch to build never did.

First taste of shipping something real.

v2.02017–2021shipped · then closed

Maxi Studio — the design hustle

A college UI/UX workshop fused my Photoshop hobby with engineering, and it became an obsession. I started Marengoo Design Studio, walked away over my own stubbornness, and launched Maxi Studio days later. We reunited the original team and ran it for three relentless years — pitching local stores, landing clients like 101 Reporters, teaching workshops for hundreds of students, even spinning up a post-production studio and a T-shirt brand on the side.

Focus beats doing everything at once. Learned the hard way.

v3.02021–2024 · United Kingdommajor upgrade

The management pivot

COVID stalled everything, and tools like Canva were rewriting the design industry underneath us. My gap wasn't technical — it was management. So I moved to the UK for an MA in International Business Management, then worked as a Technical Project Manager at an agency, the NHS, and University Hospital Southampton — learning how systems behave at scale. Launched a job consultancy on the side and closed it when it didn't fit the vision.

Knowing how big systems run is a builder's superpower.

v4.02025dark period

The wilderness & the reset

In June 2025 I quit my job. The year that followed was the hardest of the run — stuck, low, unsure of the path. But instead of launching blindly, I went quiet and went deep: AI systems, low-code automation, LLM orchestration. Building the technical foundation for the next chapter, one unglamorous day at a time.

The quiet seasons are where the next version gets built.

v5.02026 — presentcurrent

Build & ship

Back to my roots with a decade of scars, management experience and a modern AI toolkit. NaviParka is being tested against real UK parking signs, while ROLU is taking shape as an AI companion for builders. The pattern from here is simple: solve one painful problem, build the smallest useful product, and ship it in public.

The builder's edge is back.

Between builds

Work with me

Alongside my own products, I take on a small number of consulting engagements — the same skills I use to ship my own things, pointed at your bottleneck.
